Spaces that help people thrive.
Singer Holdings develops and reimagines spaces where people live, work, and connect. Our projects reuse and reimagine existing structures where possible — to preserve their heritage and improve project economics. We are particularly passionate about projects that connect people to nature and promote wellness.
The Thesis
We’ve worked across a variety of property types including multi-family, flex space, retail, event spaces, and single family. Our guiding principles are:
Many operators look at old structures and want to scrape them. We see opportunity — established materials, embedded history, and structural bones to work with. When possible, we strive to reuse and enhance to preserve character, improve project speed, and improve project returns.
Whether we’re undertaking a straightforward project or an unconventional one, our financial logic is restrained. We like deals that can generate strong returns in multiple ways — buy-and-hold, a quick flip, or a long-term cash flow asset. We love projects with strong underlying value in the land and/or the opportunity to purchase structures well below replacement cost.
Connection with wellness and nature is a valuable amenity, and we strive to integrate it into our projects whenever we can. A wellness retreat is the easy case, but even a straightforward flex metal building can inspire feelings of wellness and connection with great lighting, landscaping, and considered materials and design. We favor projects where nature and wellness are designed in, not bolted on.
The Work
Three example projects, one philosophy.
Singer Holdings has acquired and rehabbed more than forty projects since 2012. Project types include single-family, multi-family, flex, and small retail. The three below showcase examples of the kind of work we do. Click any one to read more.

Shadow Sanctuary
An aging house on two acres, rebuilt as a place to live, learn, and connect.

Apartment Remodel
A mid-century courtyard building, refreshed and kept affordable.

Wellness Gym
An auto-repair building converted into a daylit gym and recovery space.
The spaces we inhabit shape how we feel, think, and perform. Everything else follows from that.
